Exceptional
Enchanting and worth it!
Liked: Very elegant and comfortable, as well as safe. Sofie and her husband were very accommodating, providing us an early breakfast due to our scheduled trip, a safe place to keep our unneeded luggage during our excursion, advice regarding local activities, and a free tour of the Medina.
Disliked: Electronic communication was difficult. We were transferred from Sofia’s brother’s riad (several months in advance) due to construction/repair work at the original riad we booked. I sent many emails trying to confirm transferred/booked rooms and payment. It was unnerving…but in the end, in-person, Sophie and her lovely Riad Les Hibiscus were absolutely worth it. Just enchanting.

Liked: Our stay at the riad in Marrakech was absolutely wonderful! Sophie is an incredibly warm and friendly host who made us feel at home from the very first moment. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay. Everything was spotless, very clean, and perfectly maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The location is excellent, and the riad itself is beautifully kept. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

A perfect place to stay to explore Marrakesh
Liked: Our stay at Riad Hibiscus was faultless. Beautifully presented, stylish and comfortable. The staff were exceptional and the location was great. Really central but peaceful despite being so close to all that Marrakesh offers. The breakfast was delicious and so lovely to start the day on the rooftop and our evening meal on the first night was the best food we had during our two day stay. 10/10!

Wonderful little haven of peace and tranquility
Liked: Wonderful stay at this Riad. Family run business and they couldn't be more welcoming. Located at the end of a narrow alleyway which at first seems unsafe but is actually a bonus, away from the chaos of the Medina. Beautiful rooms, lovely traditional Moroccan breakfast. Would definitely visit again.

A peaceful oasis with wonderful staff
Liked: Location is amazing right off a busy street. You walk thru narrow alleys but I felt very safe. The room was clean - we were in rooftop family suite. The washroom was big. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was delicious and love it was right outside of our room. The manager hasan is really nice and helpful. We arranged all transport and laundry w riad and had no complaints
Disliked: The room was a bit tight with the king bed and two single cots.
