Exceptional
Beautiful riad with beautiful staff
Liked: The people of the riad were truly special and very sweet and helpful. They looked well after us in all possible ways. The hotesse came to see us the first morning at breakfast (we checked in very late the night before) and took plenty of time to discuss our programme in and around the city for the entire duration of our stay. She took notes of everything and they kept our programme in the reception for our entire stay, so that all staff was informed when we were supposed to be where and do what and thus could help us the best possible way with reservations, driver services, reminders etc. Incredible and very personalized concierge service the likes of which I don't recall ever experiencing. And the riad itself is beautiful, and the breakfast on the roof terrace is great. We had a nice hammam experience also. As the location is also good and central, close to Palace de Bahia and the souks and central square (like 10 min walk) we would very much like to visit this place some other time.
Disliked: We had a room facing to the narrow street outside - could be a little noisy due to bypassing mopeds. Help a lot to close the windows though.
Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy.
Disliked: We didn't have any hot water in our shower for our 3 night stay. Location was good for the price but a longer walk than we would have liked every day with kids to the souks. Our room was very small.
Overal very happy with our stay

Disliked: room could have been bigger, lights stronger and there were no bedside lamps
