Exceptional
Great location and staff
Liked: Great location. Walking distance to most sights. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Provided complimentary drinks and even packed breakfast to take with us to the airport.
Disliked: Bed was very hard. The excursions seemed much more expensive when booked with the Riad.
The staff is amazing- L'housseine, Abdelghani, Ahmed, and Hind were friendly, helpful, and kind
Liked: The breakfasts were the best we had in Morocco. Hind is fabulous at her job.
Riad Mouna - A great home stay
Liked: Excellent central location without the noise from the hustle and bustle of the rat race. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Wifi worked really good for the location and the room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a great way to start the day prior to exploration of the busy city. Beautiful riad authentically decorated and very cosy and homy. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The staff were so friendly and they are all nice. the accommodation was close to the main area. Breakfast with the view was also great:) When we left the riad it was 7am in the morning so we had to skip breakfast. However, they gave us breakfast to go which was so nice. Thank you so much:)
Disliked: I think the riad forgot to arrange our pick up, and we had to wait for so long even though we arrived at the airport very late at night.
A beautiful clean riad that exceeded our expectations we only wish we could have stay longer
Liked: Riad Mouna exceeded our expectations. The interior was even more beautiful in person than it looked in the Booking.com photos, and the whole place gave us the feeling of a 4-star hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean and well-equipped, and the facilities were excellent. The location was also perfect, with Jemaa el-Fnaa only around a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for exploring Marrakech. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the breakfast because we had an early flight, so we can't comment on it. The rooftop pool was a lovely feature, although we didn't have enough time to use it during our short stay. Overall, we highly recommend Riad Mouna. Everything was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
