I wanted to love this place but it just seems like it’s been neglected over time

Liked: Large room and friendly staff

Disliked: Feels a bit run down. Seems like it’s had better days. Lighting very dim and dark.

Lovely riad made even better by its friendly helpful staff

Liked: The staff were absolutely great from start to finish. The zebra room was fantastic. The location is great although a bit difficult to find at first especially because we arrived at night.

Disliked: The gazelle room that we booked didn’t look like it was made up for guests arriving and had a leak in the bathroom and a broken toilet seat. After we raised this with the staff they had no issue in upgrading us straight away to the fantastic zebra room and apologised for the inconvenience.

    Unforgettable memories!!

Liked: Beautiful Riad design with great details. We have been upgraded in a room that was very luxurious, spacious, comfortable with a unique decoration. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Aziz who took special care of us!! It was an unforgettable experience!! The Riad was in a very good location, only 10 minutes walking distance from the main square. I definitely recommend it!!

Liked: The service was great, staff very kind. Nice gateway from the medina chaos. Breakfast was very nice and traditional, very repetitive though. Restaurant was closed at the time but made it very quiet and intimate. Great location as well.

    Horrible

Liked: Everything about this hotels is a lie. Fading towels, ripped rugs and no alcohol or Michelin star chef. Stay at Les Yeux Blues instead. I challenged my booking which said I left early due to dirty plates, pool etc. Please warn others off this awful place.

    Feel the Magic of Marrakech

Liked: It is the magic Riad. The Pool area with/without waterfall and huge arches on the wall is making this place N1. Surrounded with peace and quiet and only birds sing is All you can hear! We spent a week in different master suites. All was gorgeous! There were other guests as well but All the magic is that we only met them at the breakfast just couple times. All one week we spent in Riad as a full private even personal were like a shades. Breakfast is very nice. All one need. Very healthy and superb. Same every day but I can have such breakfast All life long! Special shout out to property manager Steve and to All his brilliant team! Bravo. Thank you and see you again! (It’s not American style breakfast and also it’s not a All inclusive style hotel with food TV and animators)
