Exceptional
Liked: The place and staff were amazing and beautiful.
A wonderful Riad that has many jewels and stars behind its front door
Liked: There are very few riads/hotels that we revisit but this is one. The space and ambiance offers a serene and peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant red city. The white interior is soothing whilst still reflecting where we were. Every time we stepped back inside we were greeted by happy, smiling faces. Ahmed is impeccable, with his warmth and professionalism. His team (who have stayed the same with each visit - very rare in hospitality) always feel they wanted us to have the best time. Sometimes words are not enough to describe the experience - you have to live it.

Lovely stay in a good position with amazing staff
Liked: The staff All were so friendly, welcoming, and cared that the guests were taken care of. Great position in the medina and the rooms were a good size. We had direct pool access and the pool was a good size with adequate sun loungers and seating areas
Disliked: Some areas could do with a little update and TLC
A real gem of a place amidst the chaos of Marrakesh and very convenient

Liked: Location is perfect for Medina. It’s VERY peaceful and quiet. Room 3 (where we stayed) was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were super friendly!
Zack was amazing. He made our stay something special. Nothing was too much trouble for him
Liked: Location was good. Staff very friendly and attentive. We were the only guests there at the time so we had private use of the pool. No buffet breakfast for the same reason but the plates of food they provided were both plentiful and flavoursome.
Disliked: There was no bar facilities but I guess you would expect that in a Muslim country
