Exceptional
One of the best riads I’ve ever stayed in
Liked: Very welcoming and helpful and lots of food at breakfast
My first time coming to Marrakech, my first ever riad and all the staff are so polite and helpful
Liked: The hospitality is top of the top. The food the staff everything just really nice
Disliked: In the first 2 night of our stay there is beeping sounds that kinda anoy us, but then the staff notice it without even we ask for it, they fix it and it's gone, we had good sleep
Little hidden gem
Liked: Beautiful old riad very close to a lovely little street with some shops and restaurants on it. Very clean and well maintained and the owners couldn't do enough for you. Room was a great size with a fantastic bathroom with a deep bath in it. Both were spotless and the added touches of air-conditioning and a kettle were super.
Disliked: Nothing
Great accommodation, fantastic breakfast close to everything you want in the Medina
Liked: The staff were kind and accommodating. They were attentive. We had a fantastic breakfast of freshly pressed orange juice, breads,fruit and eggs. The pool is divine, cool on hot days. We could come in and out at any time of day or night. The transfer to and from the riad was arranged with ease. I would highly recommend this riad.
Disliked: The air-conditioning in our room didn’t work initially and we were quickly change to a room with a fantastic air-conditioner.
Cute Riad with attentive Staff
Liked: Friendly and attentive service, typical room a d space. Well appointed for a small Riad. Lovely breakfast each morning. Amazing products for shower and skin. Even replaced blowdryer with new one.
Disliked: Location: taxi is not able to drive you up to your Riad. you need to walk about 3 minutes inside the little ally to get to Riad. At first glance it is not very inviting, the alley looks sketchy. But in the end it was fine. Especially if you are travelling with someone. If I was alone, I would have not liked it much. Lol.
