Exceptional
Liked: Lovely stay. Ideal location. Nice and Quiet away from the nose of the busy streets. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend if you want the full experience.
Kind staff but
Liked: The staff were very kind, welcoming and always willing to help. They consistently tried to accommodate my requests and make my stay as pleasant as possible. I really appreciated their availability and the effort they made to assist me whenever needed.
Disliked: The suite I received as an upgrade was advertised as being 40 m², but it certainly didn't feel that large. The furnishings were rather old and dated, and I even found chewing gum stuck to the carpet, which I accidentally stepped on while walking barefoot. I also felt that the photos online had been heavily edited and didn't accurately reflect the actual appearance of the riad. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety. Furthermore, the breakfast tables were directly outside my room, and other guests were often noisy. Better noise management would have made the stay more comfortable. Finally, despite requesting a breakfast box the evening before my early departure, it was forgotten and never provided. Overall, I don't think the value for money was particularly good. I believe it would have been possible to find better accommodation for €10–20 less per night. The kindness of the staff was definitely a positive aspect, but the room condition, cleanliness, breakfast and overall experience did not fully justify the price.
