  Wonderful location- excellent staff

  Liked: The location was excellent, able to walk everywhere in the Medina. The staff was superb! Especially, Abdullah. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious.

  A great place for a short stay in the centre of Marrakesh

  Liked: Our room was very comfortable, spacious, clean & modern. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and mint tea very good. Good location close to main square.

  Disliked: I expected the pool to be bigger (from photos) and the terrace to be better equipped.

  Nice and quiet and homey. 😍

  Liked: The staff Siham and Abdullah who came with us on first night to eat TANJIA. Siham very nice too.

  Disliked: As with all riads, the walk inside alleys was a bit disappointing …however staff escorted us inside and helped us with luggage.

  Liked: Everything was outstanding, from the customer service to the cleanliness. The staff were extremely helpful, so kind and such a pleasure to have. Cheikh and Siham in particular went above and beyond for what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

  Stay at your own risk

  Liked: Terrible communication. We made multiple attempts to contact the property as we couldn’t locate it, including repeated phone calls and messages, with no timely response. I provided screenshots showing our attempts, yet no responsibility was taken and 50% of our payment was retained despite us never staying there. A very disappointing experience. Tourists, be cautious.
