Remarkable
Liked: The riad is authentic, beautifully located in the heart of the Medina, and within walking distance of almost every major attraction in Marrakech. It was already a lovely place to stay, but it has become even more exceptional following the recent renovations. The architect’s vision and the head chef’s contribution have brought a wonderful new dimension to the property. The renovations are simply outstanding. The comfortable beds, beautifully defined new colours, and carefully selected details give the riad a fresh and elegant atmosphere while preserving its authentic charm. But what truly makes this place special is its wonderful manager and host, Houda. With her open mind, warm personality, and genuinely beautiful soul, she made every step of our Marrakech journey effortless and memorable. From organising our excursions to the Agafay Desert, the Atlas Mountains, and Essaouira, arranging city guides, and taking care of our airport transfers to and from RAK, she was always there, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Houda is one of those rare people who make you feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at home. A pure heart, a beautiful mind, and an extraordinary sense of hospitality. Chapeau bas, Houda. Great intro to Marrakech
Liked: Very authentic and traditional feeling accommodation just at the edge of the old town - quite easy to access airport/train station but also within walking distance of the Medina and city tour options.
Disliked: Included breakfast was a little odd and unclear
Great stay, bring earplugs (we had the room towards the street side)
Liked: Close to the main square but still relativily quiet. Friendly staff, comfy lobby.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay, the breads were dry. Choice of tea was limited.

Liked: As an experienced traveler visiting Marrakech for the first time, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Riad Zaki made my first visit memorable, easy, and wonderful. The host, Houda, was by far one of the sweetest hosts I’ve ever met. She made me feel genuinely welcome and at home, checking daily that I had everything I needed and going above and beyond to help, including arranging a hammam experience when my original booking fell through. The spacious, spotless room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, and perfectly organized airport transfers made everything effortless. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the cleaning team did a fantastic job. Houda’s recommendations were also incredibly helpful. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to transportation - a rare find in Marrakech - and the riad offers outstanding value for money. I’m so happy I found this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Liked: Loved everything about this place. The room, staff, facilities, location, breakfast, was all incredible and they were super accommodating to our late check in time.
Disliked: Only thing to consider is that there is no key to the main entrance, it is always staff (24hr reception) that will let you in upon request. It wasn’t never a problem but it’s just
