Good
Nice stay and value for money
Liked: Overall friendly staff and nice food. Nice location and the vibe was really nice and relaxed. Very accommodating: we asked for rooms together as we had parents and children with us and they did this. This was super useful.
Disliked: Pools and slides need some maintenance and they seem aged and were not the cleanest. When asking for extra towels due to using them and having kids so sometimes we need to use them more, the staff are very slow and precious about giving towels and replacing old ones which I found odd - it creates unnecessary inconvenience.

Liked: Great location near the airport and city center. Friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and AC works great. Waterpark and pools are super fun for kids with plenty of sunbeds. Drink quality at the bars (open till 23:00) is excellent with branded soft drinks. Night shows are great.
Disliked: The main reason for 4 stars is the language barrier—staff only speak French and almost no English. We asked multiple times to unlock our safe box, but nobody understood us, so we had to carry our documents everywhere. In the room, the shower had no door, flooding the bathroom floor every time. Food/desserts had little variety and were very repetitive, though taste and quality were good. Pool chlorine level felt a bit high, and pool-view rooms get loud music until late night.

Liked: The location is good, and the water park with its slides was really nice. There were enough breakfast options for us. The room was spacious, and the level of cleanliness was good enough.
Disliked: It felt like the staff were “just doing their jobs” rather than genuinely providing good customer service. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room on the fifth floor. When we arrived, the extra bed had not been made. Every morning, the used towels were taken away, but we were not given clean replacements unless we specifically asked for them at the reception.
It was our best summer holiday ever
Liked: The room was big, lovely and very clean with a nice view, perfect location just in the city centre with lots of shops around, the pool was just amazing, my kids couldn't get enough of it, the staff, we were entertained everyday, the restaurant, the foods, everything.
