  Disliked: Old carpets room and corridors the bathroom was not comfortable the head was next of the room entrance and the shower in an other room

  Five stars on the sign, but still a long way to go to live up to them

  Liked: excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff in the restaurants.

  Disliked: We had prepaid for our reservation, but at check-in the receptionist initially tried to charge us for the entire stay again. When I asked him to check, he confirmed that it had already been paid. He then told us that breakfast was not included. I asked him to check again, as our booking included breakfast, and he confirmed that I was right.No apologies. The first room we were given overlooked a nightclub and was extremely noisy. After I asked to move, we were assigned a quieter room, although it was smaller. At around 8:00 a.m., a housekeeper knocked twice, and when I opened the door, she apologized and explained that she had wanted to clean the room. Later that afternoon, another housekeeper entered without knocking. I was standing in the room in my boxer shorts and was understandably startled. Instead of apologizing, she laughed.We also had a drink on the Palais Darkum terrace and then planned to have dinner on the terrace at L’Orangerie, about 50 metres away. We were told that the L’Orangerie terrace was closed because of the rain, although it wasn’t raining on the terrace where we had just been. At checkout, I went to the main reception desk to pay our bill and explain that, as we would be leaving at 2:00 a.m., we would need a breakfast box or room service. I was directed to a second reception desk to pay and told to dial 9 from our room to arrange breakfast. The concierge at the second desk seemed surprised by my request and, after discussing it loudly with colleagues, politely sent me back to the main desk. I eventually paid there, and I have asked again for breakfast, the receptionist dialed 9 and handed me the phone so I could explain my breakfast request.I explained that I am lactose intolerant and asked for a lactose-free breakfast. However, the breakfast we received included bred, danish pastries, coffee, jam, regular butter and regular yogurt.(The towels in the rooms are not the fluffy ones you expect in a 5 star hotel. these are very used)

Please note that breakfast will be offered as sohour meal during Ramadan for guests fasting during their stays.

- Half Board (DP) package includes daily accommodations, breakfast, and a daily MAD 600 food and beverage voucher per guest (maximum 2 guests), redeemable at the hotel’s restaurant or bar. Only guests above the age of 18 have access to the spa. Guests staying at the hotel have free access to the lounge except at the weekend, during privatizations and during special events. Please note that you must show the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. Please note that breakfast will be offered as sohour meal during Ramadan for guests fasting during their stays. Prepayment of the entire stay by credit card debited at the time of booking. The access to the swimming pool for external customers is 1 000 MAD per person. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 5 kg or less.
