Exceptional
Liked: I had a wonderful stay! The villa is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Its location is ideal: close enough to downtown Marrakech to explore the city, yet far enough away from the busy streets to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some well-deserved tranquillity by the pool. What truly makes this place special, however, is the people. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The warmth, genuine hospitality, and positive energy of the team are inspiring. The people are truly the heart and soul of this place, and they are what made my stay so memorable. Thank you for such a lovely experience! I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming retreat in Marrakech.

Liked: Everything. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel, pool and gardens were beautiful and I it was so peaceful and tranquil.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything that we didn’t like about our stay, apart from the air conditioning unit in our room was a little noisy.

Liked: I don’t normally leave reviews but this hotel is 10/10 and would definitely recommend. Staff were amazing, especially Moustafa. Super accommodating and kind. Would definitely stay there again!
Very relaxing spot but within easy reach of the town - recommended
Liked: Very quiet place and location which suited us - we saw only couples and families with grown-up children: this is not for young kids. Staff were great, especially Mustafa and Younes - all in all, service was attentive given the size of the property. Rooms were comfortable although AC a little noisy and beds quite hard - neither really bothered us. Limited breakfast choice but very nicely done. We only had one other meal there but it was very good: again, a small menu but to be expected from a place with only 10 rooms - it was relatively busy at the villa on the night we stayed for dinner but bear in mind that you may end up dining alone if no one else chooses to. Room could do with a deeper clean at some point but generally fine. Some of the facilities are showing signs of age, such as pool beds and towels but we are told that the new owner has plans for upgrading these. Hotel has a contract with tourist taxi firm - this is convenient and provides much better quality vehicles than the local cabs but be prepared to pay the required premium: round trip to the city (15 minutes away) is 300 dirhams so 2-3 times what you’d be quoted by Uber.
