An okay stay
Liked: The hotel is quite okay, we chose it over a riad for its pool, but a car is needed for more convenience. Could be a better hotel.
Disliked: More than 30 minutes for check-in process, unacceptable when you know in advance who's checking in and out. The staff needs more training for better customer service The music in the pool, too loud and noisy while a chill music would have been better Bathroom needs maintenance
Liked: The room we had was a balcony twin bed with coffee service. Room was small but it was close to the pool
Disliked: The cleaners came and picked up all the towels and toilet paper first thing in the morning. After arguing with them we finally got towels and toilet paper at 4pm it was weird
Liked: Stuff very slow you don’t get what you need

Liked: Reception staff, bar staff and especially Othmane were exceptional. They all went over and above.
Disliked: On a couple of mornings when we had early excursions, some items weren't available or hadn't been replenished, and on one occasion I was given an explanation about another group's breakfast arrangements when asking for cheese and cold meats, which I didn't feel was appropriate. That said, the same member of the breakfast team was very helpful and even arranged an omelette for us before the normal omelette service started because we had an early excursion. So there were some lovely staff on the breakfast team too; it was just a matter of consistency.
