Exceptional
Liked: Everything was perfect from the start. A warm welcome and mint tea served before being shown the facilities and our room. The room was very spacious and had everything we could need. The location is convenient, close to attractions, yet in a quiet part of the medina. I would definitely come back! The owners and all the staff did everything right and made us feel right at home.
Disliked: Nothing, it was very enjoyable.
A generous oasis of peace with some compromises
Liked: Great hospitality, amazing service, staff always ready to help, clean and cool interiors. Great prices for what is offered. The owner is very welcoming and upgraded our rooms for free since we booked only one night at the Jacuzzi suite. Great value for breakfast, everything handmade and well presented with satisfying portions. Any possible local bread is found on the breakfast plate. Decent option for dinners when you don't feel like going out in the evening.
Disliked: The location is a bit too far from the centre, you'll need a taxi to move around especially at times where there's no light. Breakfast is good but a little bit repetitive, lacking especially in the choice of proteins. Dinner prices a little bit expensive
Liked: "Found our paradise in Marrakech 🌴✨ Riad Ysalis — where hospitality meets beauty. Peaceful, beautiful, and the kindest team you could wish for. Thank you for the most wonderful stay!🤍" Shine
Disliked: Can make use of the rooftop dining.will be so nice could arrange it in future.guest can enjoy the Marrakesh view at Night.can combine local traditional foods and Multicuisine,so guest will not be bored.
Felt very comfy
Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The room service and breakfast were excellent.
Disliked: The outside area in the Medina felt busy and overwhelming.
A peaceful and relaxing stay with great hospitality. Thank you!
Liked: The breakfast was absolutely delicious!
Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and even packed a breakfast box for us when we had to leave early for an activity. The hotel-affiliated taxi drivers drove very safely, and the pool and jacuzzi were kept spotlessly clean. We also loved the delicious breakfast, which was a perfect mix of European and Moroccan styles. Location-wise, it’s slightly away from the center, meaning it’s very quiet and peaceful at night.
Disliked: The only downside was that the bed felt slightly slanted
