A good hotel with good staff and good facilities and in a good location
Liked: Two of the three staff people at the destk were VERY helpful and had a Very good attitude. They were at the job the first several nights. Last day person had a bad attitude so only 9 and not 10 for staff. Room was fine. Hot water ETC fine. Lighting fine. Arranged a private tour to the Roman Ruins at a reasonable price and for a reasonable time. Done by one of the 2 helpful staff.
Disliked: The final day staff person who appeared to have the "I just work here" way of thinking. We originally thought he was cheating us by asking for city tax as we checked out. DID turn out he was correct but not presented well.
