Liked: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, but I especially want to mention the doorman who was working during the daytime earlier this week. He was exceptional, extremely helpful, kind and professional. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service he provided. He really made a difference to my stay and is a credit to the hotel. Thank you!

  Perfect

Liked: The reception was excellent. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always available. The room was spotless and well-prepared — you can clearly see the great work done by the housekeeping team. I also appreciated the presence of the security agent, who was respectful and attentive.

Disliked: Nothing to mention, everything went smoothly.

  Worst experience ever

Liked: Nothing good to be said here. Even if there's it cannot make up for how terrible this place is.

Disliked: Imagine a 3 star hotel with no toiletries. The bathroom had no soap, no jel, no shampoo, not even tissue or wipes! I tried calling reception but the phone didn't work. I wemt down, and their answer was "We ran out of it". The furniture is CHEAP. Everything screams cheap. The only good thing is that it had hot water. Otherwise, living on the streat wouldnt be different.
