Good
Thanks for the receptionist for accommodating my short notice booking
Liked: Property is nice
Disliked: Nothing
Got through it
Liked: Good location and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Shower was broken and water spraying everywhere, soap dish hanging off the wall and shower head filthy. Balcony was not clean and chairs were dirty Noisy in the evening due to night club and a loud fight occurred. Lights were broken in hallway so had to use torch on phone
Worst hotel experience. It is safe to say I’ll not be back. And the ladies at the reception gave me attitude for several
Liked: Nothing to like. Just a basic hotel.
Disliked: It looks good from the outside but the rooms are old and dirty. It feels like they used cheap materials to build it and you will see signs of it as soon as you enter the rooms. All of their rooms have dirty walls and the cleaning is awful. They showed me different rooms so that I could pick a different room since the first one they gave me was dirty but they all look the same. I asked them to cancel my stay so I could book a different hotel but they refused and acted like it was impossible.
Liked: Clean
Disliked: No air conditioning until requested to check. The breakfast was bad.
Liked: I was satisfied with everything.
Unexpected premier experience in a convenient location
Liked: Unexpected luxury near the bus station! The staff were all top notch. Loved the bar at the top. The breakfast in the morning was an 11 out of 10.
Disliked: the lights and switches in the room were a bit wonky.
