Liked: I had a top floor room so it was nice and quiet. The aircon worked well and was also quiet.

Disliked: Disappointing experience. The hotel is very small, and despite being exhausted, we had to wait for a very long time. We went out for three hours and came back, but we still had to wait. When I asked when we would get our rooms, the employee rudely told me that we could leave and that he would cancel the reservation. I waited another four hours, and then he told us not to leave a review on Booking.com or the amount would be charged after the cancellation. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
