Fabulous
For what we paid it was ok, after the first night we changes rooms becaus of mould stench
Liked: Nice old building, good breakfast but we staid longer period and then you want some more variation. It’s very centrally located. Overall nice staff.
Disliked: First room was not ok to let, smell of mould and you could see it on the ceiling and figurative robe that is hanging there. Lots of dust under bed and eg top cupboard. Second room did not have this issue, again dust oa under bed.
Liked: Beautiful architecture
Disliked: Stairs and no luggage boy to help. Also photos are different than exist.
A good stay in Meknes
Liked: Even though it was pretty early they welcomed us with open arms and we were able to enjoy tea and coffee before getting our rooms and keys for the property. The breakfast was also served on an enchanting terrace, with nice views and also was very good and nutritious. The room was clean, the bathroom as well, it just lacked a shower curtain and water went a bit everywhere, but that is about normal in Morrocco. The hosts were really nice and we enjoyed our time there.
Disliked: There is a bit of a humid smell in the room, which is normal for the Riads of this kind given the fact that it is hard to ventilate them properly. It might seem difficult to find the spot, but the directions provided and the signs on the alleys bring you to the right spot. It doesn't seem like it is there, but it is and someone will open the door for you.
Liked: Lovely riad, great location. Friendly, helpful staff and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
