Disliked: We just stayed 2 nights in this hotel…. Unfortunately. The pictures are far from reality. Everything needs refurbishment the rooms, the swimming pool. The restaurant is a no go zone. The rooms were dirty, bedsheets too small for the bed and mattresses hard as a stone. The only good thing is the location just in front of the dune but the view of the rooms are obstructed by rubbish and refurbishment materials. The staff is really kind probably because they feel sorry for guests. DON’T STAY THERE.
Liked: The room was excellently equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed. From the room, I enjoyed a stunning view of the Sahara dunes, which made the stay truly memorable. The property itself is wonderful, offering everything you need for the excursions that bring you to this area, while also providing the perfect setting for relaxation and indulgence. Whether you’re exploring during the day or simply enjoying a peaceful, luxurious rest on the premises, it’s a truly exceptional place to stay.
