A great stay in Merzouga
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Le Home du Desert. Everything was great, from the location and cleanliness to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Hassan, Khadija and Ali for being so kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. We really enjoyed our time in Merzouga and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic desert experience. We’d be happy to come back again!
Property is comfortable but maybe not suitable for those without a car
Liked: The Pool área is nice, the room is very comfortable.
Disliked: This place is very far from the rest of the town, we didn’t have a car and felt stuck as there is no taxi service in the town. There is only 1 restaurant within reasonable walking distance and it has limited hours.
Liked: We had a great stay at Hotel L'Homme du Désert. It is a small and charming hotel with very friendly staff and excellent service. The food was delicious, and every meal was enjoyable. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and fresh sheets. The swimming pool was also clean and perfect for relaxing. The hotel is located in a small local village, which gives it a unique and authentic atmosphere. It is a great place to experience local life while enjoying peace and comfort. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

The camp is beautifully located among the dunes, offering breathtaking desert views, stunning sunsets, and a truly authentic Sahara experience. The tents were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the evening atmosphere around the campfire with traditional music was unforgettable. A perfect place to disconnect, relax, and experience the magic of the Moroccan desert. Highly recommended!

This wasn't just a lack of noise, but a luxurious stillness that allowed me to fully disconnect and find peace. This atmosphere was perfectly complemented by the incredible staff especially Hassan and Ali, whose kindness and hospitality were unlike anything I’ve experienced before. They welcomed me with such genuine warmth and attentive care that I felt less like a tourist and more like a cherished friend. The excellence continued at the table, where the culinary experience was a true celebration of flavor. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen's skill, thanks to the chef 👏 offering rich, authentic tastes that were as memorable as the desert sunset itself. The combination of the world class food, the gentle spirit of the people, and the breathtaking quiet of the location created a perfect harmony. L’homme du Désert is more than a hotel it is a sanctuary of kindness and grace, and my only regret is that I couldn't stay longer to soak in its magic
