Exceptional
Booking confirmed and paid, but still no apartment when I arrived on site, be aware
Liked: Nothing as I was not able to enter it.
Disliked: I booked, paid and traveled on site with family. Host called me to tell me the room was not available even though it was paid and confirmed. When I told him I am already in Rabat and what I could do, he told me there is nothing he can do. Had to find a new place short notice myself.
A very clean, well-equipped place with kind and welcoming hosts
Liked: Our stay was excellent overall. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Although the owner and the cleaning staff didn’t speak English, they used a translator and communicated very kindly and patiently. They also responded quickly and politely via chat when we had questions about the nearby supermarket or how to use the facilities. Talking with them was really pleasant—they were always welcoming and friendly, which made us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place!
Disliked: If we had to mention something, it would be that having two keys for the lift would be more convenient.
