Hideaway in beautiful design apartment right in the center of Rabat
Liked: Love all the different Balima apartments! Spacious, clean, convenient location, beautiful interior design, amazing staff and so good beds. My hideaway.
Disliked: You need to be fit to walk up the high stairs.

Liked: Beautiful flooring, so spacious, comfortable and private. Beautiful view as well. Love the bed.
Disliked: Hate all the 98 steps up the stairs lol, and the electric lock. No coffee machine, only a French press.

Disliked: This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience we have ever had with a hotel or apartment rental. The check-in process was an absolute disaster. Despite contacting the host multiple times before our arrival, we received no response and no check-in instructions. There was no reception, no one waiting for us, and the address provided was not sufficient to locate the apartment. After wandering around with our luggage, we eventually found the staff parking area of the Balima Hotel (currently under renovation), where a very kind gentleman took the time to help us. He had to call four different phone numbers before someone finally answered and came to let us in. Without his help, we honestly don’t know how we would have accessed the property. Unfortunately, the poor service continued throughout our stay. We experienced problems with the door lock and the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unreliable. Even after finally getting in touch with someone, no solution was offered and no real effort was made to address either issue. The only positive aspect was that the apartment itself was spacious and looked like the pictures. However, that was far outweighed by the complete lack of communication, organization, and customer service. A nice apartment cannot make up for being left stranded at check-in and receiving no support when problems arise. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property unless the management makes major improvements to its communication and guest support.
Liked: Fantastic location. Quiet at night. Large space. Quiet AC. Bright space. Well equipped kitchen. It is overall an excellent place which I would book again any time.
Disliked: The apartment needs some maintenance. Towels are very old.
