Good for what you pay for

    Liked: Location was really good.

Disliked: It wasn’t very sound proof, the plug sockets in our room was coming out of the wall and the showers lack of cleanliness and it was a bit precarious.

    Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and the staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. The place felt closed-in, unwelcoming, and unclean. They also keep your money if you cancel. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Mamora Bay Hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind, cheerful and generous, especially Mr Tarek at reception, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They kindly accommodated an early check-in, gave us a lovely, clean room with a magnificent view, and even allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old medina, within walking distance of the souks and major sights. The room is compact but perfectly equipped, and I particularly appreciated the shattafa in the bathroom. The terrace is beautiful, and the included breakfast was a real highlight. The team also organised a wonderful excursion to Cap Spartel, the Hercules Caves and Villa perdacaris saving us considerable time and energy. Our driver was patient, cheerful, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, sharing fascinating insights throughout the trip. Between the warm hospitality, thoughtful service, lovely terrace and excellent location, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay and an authentic medina experience!

Great value riad in a prime location

Liked: Hotel was in a prime location at the heart of the old town, and the room was spacious and clean for a very good price. The breakfast is cheap and plentiful, and you receive a warm and friendly welcome, especially from Ali, Mohammed, and Ashraf who were very accommodating for my requests.

Disliked: The water in the shower has some temperature issues and there is an echo, though that is to be expected in a traditional riad.

Liked: A nice budget friendly accommodation in the city centre and close to the Rabat Ville train station. It is also in the middle of the market center. Very clean and calm. I was offered a compliment Moroccan tea.

    Disliked: NA
