Disliked: I strongly advise other guests to be very careful when considering this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The conditions were not acceptable, especially the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which were very dirty despite my concerns being raised. Furthermore, when a friend came to visit me, the hotel staff did not allow my guest to sit with me inside my room, which I found unreasonable and uncomfortable. Because of these issues, I decided not to stay at the hotel. I also contacted Booking.com and requested the cancellation of my hotel membership/reservation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to other guests. I believe the hotel management should seriously improve its cleanliness, guest policies, and overall customer service.
