Liked: the staffs and manager at the kitchen, and the breakfast was nice
Disliked: the room that was allocated to us at first has no privacy, so we requested to transfer
All in all a pleasant stay
Liked: Location for me was good, not far from the Ministry of agriculture. Close to the train station for traveling to other cities.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better with more choices for stuff on the bread.

At the reception, I appreciated the warm welcome and professionalism, while at the restaurant, the service was friendly and attentive, making every moment even more enjoyable. It is wonderful to meet people who work with a smile and make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Congratulations to the entire team for their excellent work and outstanding hospitality! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and friendly, helpful staff. I will definitely be happy to return! ❤️
