Very good
Disliked: The room overlooked another building, where there was a lot of noise. People were singing and dancing until 2 a.m., making it difficult to sleep.
fabulous staff, breakfast & to brief stay
Liked: I spent one night then moved to another hotel because I was joining a group. Mercure, a 3 star hotell, in nicer than the nearby 4 star hotel my group is at. The service @ Mercure was super. I arrived earlier than normal check-in but had requested if possible to get a room early. They accomodated me, gave ne a lovely very comfortable room with the comforts one would expect & I loved the toothbrush, so I did not have to dig into my bag to brush my teeth before I went to sleep to catch up post mmy overnight flight, QUIET and pleasant & then of wow the breakfast buffett, hot & cold wonderful thing & one of those airport lounge machines where I go drink lots of hot chocolate & hot milk that I need for my bones. Very convenient to get to by public transit from the Casablanca Airport. I took the trains then tra L 1 tram and then a quick 400 m ( 1/4 mile walk ) and was there. I would return here in a heartbeat. Staff was great
Disliked: that I am not there now & in a different hotel that in not a good (my friend stayed at the new place while I was at Mercure & she wishees we were both @ Mercure now
Cosy stay
Liked: The location was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly - good support with printing and printers on how to get across town for my appointments.
Disliked: At breakfast, not all dishes arrived on time. (It was sometimes a hit and miss for my favourite flat bread.)

Liked: Support from reception was great. Helped me extend my reservation on short notice as my assignment in Rabat took longer than expected. Zineb and the team ensured a highly dependable service.

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was lovely and the whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel had a really nice atmosphere and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. I genuinely had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rabat. I would happily stay here again whenever I return to Morocco.
Disliked: I honestly have no complaints. I really enjoyed my stay and had a great experience overall.
