Liked: Staff were very hospitable and helpful.
Disliked: Not having a key to the main external Riad door to access later at night (after 11pm), as this relied on the night shift receptionist being immediately available. A couple of times I found myself waiting for the door to be opened. It was always eventually opened but sometimes I had to wait. I think this practice of “not having a key” is how security is managed at any Riad where the owners are preserving their security I guess. Just something to be aware of.
Very enjoyable stay with good breakfasts and dinner

Disliked: All good although the small dipping pool could do with some attention
Disliked: The room we were given was very small, with almost no space, and the lighting was very poor, making it quite dark. The service also did not meet our expectations. Considering the high price we were charged, this was a very disappointing experience with the riad.

Our clients often tell us that they are happy with their stay. The riad staff are also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They are always ready to assist guests and make sure everything is comfortable during the stay. Because of the good service and the cleanliness of the rooms, we feel confident recommending this hotel to our clients.
