Good
Liked: We had a great time at this riad. We were welcomed with tea and the staff are very friendly. The location is perfect, the rooms and bathroom spotless. Will definitely recommend it.
Disliked: Everything was great!
Weird smell inside room which make your stay hard… idk why there are so many positive reviews
Liked: The location was perfect, the common area was nice and personel was trying to make better that stay and responded to any request which is a big plus.
Disliked: There was weird smell inside whole riad. First we got a room upstairs and it was impossible to sit and breathe - it was stinky smell, hard to breathe, musty and chemical odor, pungent chemical smell, smells like fresh paint, which might indicate mold growth. I can see new painted walls and some great things going out from inside - I Think they painted mold ad trying to hide it - also nightstand/ bedside table was covered by upholstered - was there mild and they wanted to cover it too? They asked me 2 or 3 times about 10/10 review and to give them really good review.. it was uncomfortable. After I went to reception and told them there is weird smell inside room upstairs and that inside our warderobe are some pillows, blankets which probably sb took and left them inside when they were wet… reception gave us second room downstairs, the standard was better but… after 1-2h of sitting inside the room u start to feel the same smell and I started to have a problem with breathibg, my roommate didnt have any problem and was fine but for me it was nightmare to spend 2 nights there - and it was inpossible to get fresh air inside bcs your windows are going on inside pathio/hall. So reception was trying their best to solve any problem and they gave us better standard room but still u had problems with breathibg and we were trying to spend not a lof of time inside riad. Just better to take different riad and pay even less that this bcs it was more expensive riad than another hotel in Rabat or marrakesh and in worse standard
Liked: For the price this Riad is perfect, its location is very good and it has everything you need.
Disliked: The bathroom and shower solution in the upstairs area was very small so everything got wet when you tried to shower.
Liked: This riad was right next to the busy streets of medina. It was super clean, and the shared bathroom/toilers were smelling fresh always. The best part of this riad was the terrace and the staff. They were really hospitable and make sure I'm safe and fine.
Pleadant to stay in authentic place
Liked: It was a nice Riad and great experience. Receptionists - Aman and Jumaa are very nice and helpful
Disliked: The place is very moisture on lower levels, be mindful
Liked: Ayman the staff member is professional, he was waiting even after midnight as my flight is super late, and I was able to do my check-in late
