A beautiful, safe, and peaceful stay that gave me and my family some of our most cherished moments together
Liked: The place is absolutely stunning, from the interior design to the calm & peaceful atmosphere. The suite was very comfortable & beautifully arranged. Breakfast was good, & the staff were extremely kind & welcoming, especially Karim (Abdelkarim) my apologizes if I got the name wrong. He was in charge during the night shift. His respectful & discreet manner, particularly for us as a group of women, reflected a high level of consideration & professionalism for privacy, which greatly enhanced our sense of comfort & safety. What I appreciated the most was the sense of safety & privacy. I truly felt at home. As I mentioned we were a group of women, some of us wearing hijab, this was very important to us. We felt completely comfortable & secure, & we were even able to walk freely without hijab in the morning. The level of security and serenity made our stay very special & relaxing.
Disliked: The only thing missing was the availability of a prayer mat and clear Qibla direction for Muslim guests. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Liked: Staff were very helpful, provided information in English when needed and a great filling breakfast. The location is in a good part of Rabat, a quiet area just behind the market and within walking distance from everything. As most Riads the natural lighting is a little limited in the bedrooms but the the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. As a solo traveller I felt comfortable and safe. For those who are driving there is an underground parking close by which has 24hr security.
