Good
The receptionist Asmae was amazing thank you!
Disliked: Poor Value for money ☹️
Frustrating stay!
Liked: Good location Accommodating staff Very good breakfast
Disliked: First day, power loss across the floor (3rd floor) on four occasions. Requested a move, moved to 4th floor, smaller room but no power loss. Staff tried their best.
Liked: The location
Disliked: Everything is old... The shower were clogged... They didn't change the sheets... The lightning is very bad... The fauteuils were dirty... The windows were very dirty... They are greedy concerning supplies...
Liked: Location. Nice staff. Ample rooms. Easy check in/out
Disliked: Weak hot water in the bathroom. Bed linings are clean but need to be more hygiene.
Very happy
Liked: Very kind and helpful
Disliked: Could be better if breakfast served earlier
Liked: Good location
Disliked: The room had a technical issue in the bathroom and I expected to have a better room since the price was 80€ per night l. They made me wait one night till they come and fix it. They gave me a key of another room where I could shower. But very bad that I pay 80+€ per night to go shower and wash my hands in another room.
