Very good
If your hoping for 4 star, this is not it
Liked: They had excellent front desk staff who tried his best to make my stay comfortable
Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel is not 4 star. Your rating is misleading. On top of the facilities being substandard compared to similar priced hotels in the Agdal area, this hotel had faulty doors. Shower was cold for 24h and the cleaning wasn’t done for two days because the 22 rooms were full. One colleague did not have her room cleaned for 3 days out of the 5 we stayed there. What a shock! The toilet smell was unpleasant and the bed was not comfortable. My colleagues who choose other hotels in the ages at the same price got breakfast. This hotel does not have a kitchen. It felt more like a hostel. The description should be corrected and booking.com should be careful about having clear definitions of; star hotels. This was not ok.
Liked: clean, simple
Disliked: Sound from the electrical box all night. Not a pleasant sleep at all. No desk, no water bottle.
Great location and comfortable stay
Liked: Great location. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: One small thing. We didn’t have a bath at or hand towel.
Ideal for visitors who use public transport. Not suitable for motorists because of lack of parking
Disliked: I have a real issue with Booking's booking process and use of my Moroccan debit card to pay for the room. Booking sent me several messages saying my card was rejected and my reservation cancelled. I waited until I checked in to realize there is a disconnect between Booking's messages and the hotel's.
A nice stay
Liked: The bed was large and as an added bonus there was a pool. Close to the metro line as well as select bus routes. Would definitely stay there again
Disliked: The room was on the suite floor but had no where to put a suitcase and hotel did not have luggage racks. To get to the beach was an extra 15 min walk or playing Frogger on a 6 lane heavy traffic road.
Highly recommended
Liked: Highly recommended if you are looking for comfort. Although it isn't super close to the city's main tourist areas, meaning a little extra travel time and an additional transportation cost are necessary, it is well worth it.
Disliked: You have to book well in advance if you want to stay at this hotel, because it is always fully booked.
