Liked: The location and the spacious appartment

Liked: Did not check in. Expected a hotel, not an apartment. Address was difficult to find, had to call to contact someone to tell us where to go. Explained situation to responder, and told him to cancel the reservation. NOT a hotel, as expected.
Disliked: Difficult to find, not a hotel, but an apartment where we did not feel at ease staying.
A great apartment
Liked: Great location, close to shops, restaurants, train station and médina. The bed was extremely confortable and the sofa bed too. The apartment is roomy with a lovely bathroom, great shower. The kitchen is small but functional. The staff was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We felt at home.

Liked: Everything was perfect, and I’m very satisfied with my stay at Balima. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. A special thank you to Soufiane, who was always in contact with us and kindly showed me the apartment. His hospitality and helpfulness made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend Balima and would be happy to stay again. Thank you for the great hospitality!
Disliked: The only downside was that there is no elevator, which can be a little inconvenient, especially with luggage. Otherwise, everything was great.

Disliked: The living room can be cozier (adding a sofa instead of 3 chairs) 4th floor with no lift, so a little hard if u have big luggage.
