  A very enjoyable stay overall, unfortunately affected by one uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction with a staff m

  Liked: Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well located. Everything went well during our stay, and we enjoyed the residence and its facilities.

  Disliked: The only negative experience was with a male staff member whose name I do not know. When I returned to collect clothes I had accidentally left behind, he behaved in an unfriendly, unprofessional, and intimidating manner. He accused me of having caused damage to the washing machine, even though it had already not been working properly. Rather than handling the matter professionally, he appeared to pressure me and negotiate with me in a way that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable. The interaction felt suspicious and gave me the strong impression that I was being targeted for a scam or pressured into accepting responsibility for a problem I had not caused. I cannot say what his exact intention was, but the situation felt deeply inappropriate and dishonest, and it significantly affected what had otherwise been an excellent stay.

  Good for its money

  Liked: I liked the pool, the washing machine and the cat that visited the porch😄

  Disliked: I didn’t like that there was no shampoo/bodywash, no kitchen towel. The apartment also felt damp, and is quite smaller than on the pictures, but cozy. Big minus: WIFI did not work after 9/10pm. Also the pool water was a bit off, if you go head in you inevitably taste it, and it was sour. The road to the apartment is not for the faint hearted. Would not recommend without a car.
