Pleasant

Bad
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Check-in was at 1:00 PM, but when we called the responsible person, Ayoub, he told us it wasn't ready. He rudely suggested we could come if we wanted it uncleaned. When we arrived, the home did not match the pictures. It smelled bad, the shower was broken, there was no washing machine, no blankets, the sink was broken, and water kept flooding the floor, requiring constant cleaning. Additionally, if we needed anything, we had to go to their neighbor to ask for basic necessities that should have been provided in the house. We came to rest, not to struggle.
Disappointing
Disliked: The staff was very bad
