Disliked: when I arrived, I was told that the property was already occupied. As a result, I had to wait nearly 5 to 6 hours for an alternative to be found. Unfortunately, the replacement property was far below the standard I had booked, and I encountered several difficulties before being able to take it. On top of that, I was asked to pay additional surcharges in order to secure the property, which I found completely unacceptable given the situation.
