Fantastic location, great hotel just check shower on arrival

Liked: It is a very quirky property with lots of interesting spaces. The breakfast area has stunning views over the sea. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Disliked: We loved our room but the shower didn’t work well, just a slow dribble of water.

Quirky, clean, lovely comfy beds, great breakfast, good service

Liked: Quirky, clean, Comfortable, spacious, great breakfast.

Disliked: When we arrived we were put in a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the bar, that was very noisy. The plumbing in the shower wasn’t working but it was sorted out quickly when we flagged it up. We asked to be moved to a quieter room, which we were - the second room had a partial Seaview and was really stunning.

    Wholesome and homely

Liked: Everything about this place feel right. The location was perfect. The staff were wonderful and so incredibly helpful and kind going above and beyond and out of their way to help my friend who was unwell at the end of our stay. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so cosy and clean. We loved everything about it and felt so at home at Munga. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Taghazout.

Disliked: Shower pressure could have been better. Otherwise I have nothing bad to say at all.

Fantastic place by the beach in Taghazout

Liked: Absolutely superb. Lovely decor, big rooms, comfy beds. 2 minutes from the beach. The staff were fantastic, nothing was a problem. They let us check out late and then offered us another room to shower and change in for no extra charge if we wanted to go back to the beach. The Favella restaurant on the roof is excellent, the chef really knows what he's doing and the front of house is run by a lovely French guy. Fantastic.

Beautiful stylishly quirky hotel with just the loveliest staff

Liked: Absolutely fabulous location - super lovely, spacious and attentive staff - quirky beautiful rooms - great cocktails and pizzas - delicious breakfast with loads of choice - wonderful fresh fruit - huge selection of teas - a milk frother and just the best views

Disliked: Our first room was silly noisy at night but the hotel did warn us and were able to move rooms the next days. To some extent the rooms are style over function - our ‘shell’ tap came off in the shower spurting out boiling hot water ( which my daughter just managed to avoid 😬) the room was one of ‘jeopardy’.. benches to climb into bed, rugs to trip over, headboards with sharp bumps! A foot lean in to the bedside table! Don’t get me wrong we absolutely loved the aesthetic and left injury free but if you are a ‘sleek edges’ person it might not be for you. The final thing is the hotel is in 3 buildings and it’s worth checking them all out when you arrive or you might miss something ( we did for a few days) … a rooftop to have a cocktail, a lounger to lie out on.
