Liked: The location is both very bad and convenient at the same time. The proximity to the beach is nice, but the neighboring venue, which has loudspeakers set up right next to the terrace, makes it impossible to enjoy quiet evenings or get a good night’s sleep. Other residents can also be very noisy.l pl
Disliked: The place needs refreshing; everything feels a bit worn, neglected, and uncomfortable. A major issue in winter is the lack of proper heating, and in summer there is no way to cool the space. It’s a place with potential, but it has been neglected.
