  If personal privacy is important, this is not the place to stay

  Liked: Traditional decor was interesting and the hotel was cute.

  Disliked: The rooms were alot smaller than expected and there was not privacy screen for the shower area. The doors to the corridor hall had gaps so no sound or visual privacy. There was no space for bags/cases and the wash basin was not in the WC or shower area, but in the bedroom. Old fashioned but the modern amenities need a re-think.

  Fabulous Riad a real gem!

  Liked: Beautiful Riad - Fantastic location and incredibly kind and helpful staff. They arranged a taxi to our next destination at a good rate and helped with our suitcases. Food was delicious - we had lunch and breakfast there. They were the best meals we had in Morocco Lovely room with a lot of character. Everywhere was very clean

  Disliked: The stairs could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as in all the riads. This one had bannisters so we managed well and we are in our 70’s!

  Perfect location and warm welcome to Tétouan

  Liked: Great location, perfectly maintained historic building and a beautiful room with a super nice large shower Staff were nice and we enjoyed the terrace where dinner and breakfast are served

  Central location all within walking distance. Amazing staff

  Liked: Breakfast was great. Fresh juice, fresh breads excellent service. The waiter remembered our hot drink order. The front desk arranged a walking tour of the city and a taxi to give us a tour of the surrounding area another day.

  Disliked: Room was small but you can’t change that. Well maintained. Shower had hot water and great pressure.

  Nice stay but manage your expectations

  Liked: The location of the hotel is fantastic! The staff members are very friendly and helpful. It’s situated close to the main square and at the entrance of the old Medina, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We learned a lot about the city's history and the surrounding region from the hotel staff. The lady at the reception provided us with a wonderful map, explaining what to see and where to go in the city, which we found extremely helpful.

  Disliked: The breakfast offerings are quite basic, and you even have to pay extra for water. The rooms could benefit from some renovation, as the furniture appears worn. The mattresses were too hard for my liking, though that may be a matter of personal preference. Additionally, there is no refrigerator or safe in the room. Soundproofing is lacking, but that is to be expected in an older hotel located in the Medina.
