Beautiful hotel with stunning views! 10/10
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Dar Achaach! The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, especially in the common areas, which are tastefully decorated and full of Moroccan charm. The breakfast was delicious, generous, and very satisfying. We also really appreciated the convenience of having parking right on the property, which made our stay much easier as we were traveling by car. The views of the mountains and the city are absolutely beautiful and make this place even more special. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
Feels Like Home
Liked: Our stay at Riad Dar Achaach in Tétouan was wonderful. The hospitality was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us like family and made us feel completely at home. Everyone was kind, caring and always ready to help. It's a calm, peaceful place to rest after exploring. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the riad's interior was simply gorgeous and a delight to view and photograph. The included breakfast was quite good and included fried eggs, coffee, cheeses, olives, dates, and grapes. We appreciated being able to use the fridge and freezer. We thought there were only 10 steps, but there were many, many more, which was unexpected. When I mentioned that it was difficult with so many steps after my husband's recent back surgery and our ages, we were immediately given another room. Having a kettle was very handy. Appreciated the shampoo and soap.
Disliked: The steps were obviously an issue. Unfortunately, the second room we were assigned needed some TLC - cheap bed cover, chipped sink, holes in towels, a stain on a chair, cheap furniture on the balcony,and an unappealing view of the hillside with lots of trash. The room was more like one found in a second rate property and didn't mesh with the grandeur of the riad. Why put a kettle far away from any outlet?!!
Liked: Beautiful oasis in Tetuoan. Super comfortable rooms. Breakfast in the lounge area very special.
Liked: Perfectly clean, lovely central hall, polite staff and comfy beds
Disliked: The location is neither here nor there. It's out of town but not out of town enough to be peaceful or beautiful. Basically in an ugly suburb with nothing there. Not near enough to walk but not far away enough to make it worth driving. Our view was just a rubbish heap of plastic. People talk about the beautiful hill side location we certainly didn't get that vibe. I wouldn't stay again but disappointed.
Liked: So clean and nice, the staff really enjoyed my two days. Recommend it for anyone looking for something different
