  Great Hotel

  Liked: The hotel was beautiful. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel staff was very attentive.

  Disliked: The location was close to a metro, but a little far from the center. During the winter, I would stay closer to the center. Also, the restaurant consistently got my food order wrong.

  Modern hotel with all modern amenities

  Liked: Modern hotel with working and relaxation facilities in the entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and very helpful (I forgot some things in the room after checking out, and there was no fuss in letting me back in to pick it up). Close to a station.

  Disliked: The neighbourhood itself is not for tourism, but one can get anywhere easily by public transport.

  Big improvement from options in Amsterdam Centraal, worth return if staying in Oost

  Liked: Nice place to experience Oost, walking distance from 2 metro stations, quick ride to A.Centraal. The hotel is placed by a canal walkway, nice to sit down in the mornings or evenings. Nice restaurants and clubs are a short stroll away. The property itself was very well maintained and highly functional. Improved by the polite and helpful staff at the reception and restaurant.
