Liked: A really nice place; the room, the bathroom, and the nice little outside area are very cozy. I forgot my EarPods when I left, and they called me and also sent them to Norway for me; I have never experienced that before, as other hotels usually do not do that. we were 4 people using 2 rooms,

  Disappointing

Liked: Nice neighbourhood and easy to walk into the city centre from there. The cafe which fronts the hotel was very busy and what I ate and drank for breakfast was excellent.

Disliked: Cafe staff were not hotel staff. Really unwelcoming as a hotel guest, no offer to show me to my room, explain the locking system and key fob. Almost scorned me for not reading my online instructions of how to enter the hotel and access my room (like I get hundreds of emails per day!). The rooms are all facing a scruffy inner courtyard with very little privacy. The room was also very spartan/industrial. No mention that the whole street was dug up for some works - a very messy first impression and the sandy dirt from the trees is carried through into the cafe.

This was a wonderfully relaxing visit with great food and wellness

Liked: We loved the location and the courtyard outside our room. We also loved being connected to a fabulous bakery and having coffee or a treat every morning. Very convenient to walk everywhere from there and close to the train station.

  Great place if in Arnhem

Liked: It’s wonderfully located for the town, station and all the key sites if your visiting the town for the world war 2 battle

Disliked: I wasn’t sure I,d have managed to access the hotel as I,d lost internet access and couldn’t read the e mail sending me the code. But once I,d got used to the system it worked perfectly
