Disliked: The coffee machine was not working
OK BUT NOT CENTRAL
Liked: A not very friendly first reception, which improved, Not a great location - quite far from the centre. The restaurant is now a separate business and not great.
Disliked: More fruit at breakfast
Nice studio
Liked: Upgraded to studio because we needed more accesible bathroom for my son. Communication was easy and staff was very accommodating. Requested shower commode and promptly delivered to our room.. Studio was big and came with separate fullly equipped kitchen. Breakfast was good - waffle is our favourite. Nice location away from Delft tourist area but car is definitely needed if staying in this hotel. Ample free parking for hotel guests - the main reason we chose this hotel.
Disliked: Would be good if there's an accesible room for hotel at this level. The sofa bed could’ve been firmer and better quality.
Liked: We stayed for one night. There was free parking, and the location suited us. There was a kettle in the room.
Disliked: I would say this is not a 4-star hotel; it’s more like a 3-star.
Liked: The spacious room and a separate "living room" and the location near almost everything
Disliked: The headboard and the wall behind it were covered in a layer of dust; it clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The cleaning staff could not communicate effectively in any language (English, Dutch, or Spanish). A fire alarm went off at 9:00 a.m. We encountered staff in the stairwell who simply continued with their tasks; when we asked them about it, they all claimed to know nothing. At the front desk, staff walked away while we were trying to ask questions about the fire alarm. After a long wait, they finally said it was nothing—they had been doing some work near the elevator. We were due to check out that day, and naturally, the alarm left us feeling quite upset and confused. At exactly 10:50 a.m., the cleaning staff knocked on our door and rudely informed us that it was time to check out. Additionally, the air conditioning unit made a constant ticking sound.
