  Liked: Proximity to Efteling, not too big, we did not use any facilities accept for rest/bar so can’t comment

  Disliked: We were not given a key card for the barrier on entry as there was some glitch, the lady said to come and collect in the morning. We left in a rush for a theme park and assumed I could collect when we returned at 6pm. I had assumed as check in was from 4 to 8 that reception would be open. I rang the bell after a guest had just arrived and she opened for them. The lady refused to let us in and open the barrier she was rude and said we should have collected it in the morning. She never told me we would have to or we would be locked out with our car. I basically had to beg her to open up the barrier to let us in. Unacceptable customer service when this would have been avoided if they had given us everything we needed on check in.

  Great stay, would recommend

  Liked: Good location, good sized accommodation, good value for money

  Disliked: Difficult to open the door in one of the bedrooms due to the mattress size. There were unfortunately an awful lot of mosquitos. Was very confused on arrival as the campsite signage didn't match the campsite name on Booking.com.

  Liked: The porch was lovely, the parks and soft play was great.

  Disliked: Our property which was supposed to be superior chalet, was dirty marks on the walls and around the fridge and dishwasher I cleaned it with a cleaning wipe, the bed pole in the middle underneath the bed was barely screwed in the leg kept moving, the flooring was ripped where the bed was, lights and heating didn’t work in one room, the broom had loads of hair in it from previous people 🤢 also I know it’s not in season right now but having everything shut at 8pm and not being able to see any parks around the camp site when pitch black made it difficult to keep occupied in the evenings especially with very poor WiFi and no tv.

  Fantastic

  Liked: The property was lovely, it was more that what we expected. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were fantastic, I loved how well thought out the playground was and my children loved playing with the water play. We used this as a base to go to Eftling but wished we had stayed longer as there were so many things we didn’t get to do, we will definitely be returning to complete how sight seeing and enjoy more of this sight. My children said they loved it better than going to Spain.

  Disliked: We loved everything about this place.
