  Nice stay in Leiden

  Liked: Very nice and comfortable appartement, with beautiful view on the canal and Harbor. Great location not too far from city center.

  Disliked: Very steep stairs that could be problematic for older people. My 80 years old father couldn’t come visit us for example.

  Disliked: Overall: The heating system did not work properly, it was very cold in the bathroom, and every night there was a noice from the restaurant, terrace below the appartment. We couldn't sleep. The water in shower didn't drain properly. The door from dishwasher wasn't fixed for long time.

  Liked: It's our second time here and it's place stolen our heart! Amazing place seeing the light of the Port from the window, warm and perfect apartment and near tothe center. I'll be back soon!!

  All in all, it's a great place to stay—I highly recommend it to everyone

  Liked: The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen and offers a comfortable, spacious living area. The beds are comfortable. It is located near downtown in a beautiful setting. Everything is within walking distance, including the train station, and there are shops and restaurants nearby.

  Disliked: The accommodation is a traditional Dutch house with steep stairs; it's difficult to get inside with a heavy suitcase. The kitchen lighting and the range hood aren't working.

  Liked: We liked the location and the aprtment had a great view and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to cook was provided if you wanted to. The coffee machine was handy too.and netflix on tv was great. But no free to air tv channels available.

  Disliked: We felt the apartment was showing signs of wear and tear, and because of the big windows the apartment became very warm very quickly. there was no air-conditioning, so it was uncomfortable due to the fact the 2 big front windows were VERY heavy to open and only opened a fraction. (Not great for summmer) The cleaning was a bit grotty and we felt there was no little touches added Like soap? 1 washing machine tablet (really), cushions we're drab too. We alao felt there was no appropriate lighting for the common areas and the roof top was not attractive to sit in. Very basic.
