  Liked: Most staff were lovely, helpful and friendly (one exception but she was maybe having a long day!) Very very nice communal areas, bar really smart and clean and bar staff lovely. Restaurant really good.

  Disliked: Liked everything except there was an issue with one room only being serviced once in 3 night stay, and other room not at all. Not sure why, and wouldn't have been problem except for towels needing to be replaced and more toilet roll needed!

  Great for a short stay

  Liked: The location was perfect - right next to central station. The shower was great and the bed was also very comfortable. Nice staff and we also liked that we were able to store our luggage while we explored Leiden.

  Disliked: The one thing was that the bathroom has two 'sheer' doors which can be a bit uncomfortable depending on who you're traveling with
