Great location, very reasonable price and friendly, efficient staff

Liked: Great location, friendly and efficient staff, clean and well-run.

Disliked: More electric sockets in the room would have been helpful. The mattresses slid off the beds rather easily.

Spotless room with a balcony and friendly staff. Fabulous

Liked: Location could literally not have been better. Less than 5 mins qalk from the train station and right in the very heart of Leiden with great pubs and restaurants literally on the doorstep or a mere stone's throw away. Lazarus and Lemmys being firm favourites! The beds were the most comfortable Ive slept in and better than my own at home!! Access was easy and all instructions were clear and provided early despite our late check-in time.

  Disliked: Nothing.

A convenient base for exploring Leiden, but cleanliness let it down

Liked: The location was great: close to the train station and an easy walk into Leiden. The staff were really friendly, let us check in early and even carried our suitcases upstairs. It was nice having tea, coffee and a small fridge in the room.

Disliked: The room was a decent size, but for the price we expected more space and a much higher standard of cleanliness. The cleaners only came occasionally and just swapped the towels without actually cleaning, and I found someone else’s hair on the towels. It was also disappointing that there was no breakfast option.
