  Great location, comfy sleaping a bit disfunctional automatization in check-in/out

  Liked: The location was great, self-service service, and the table football facilities near the reception were a welcomed surprise. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Fridge and coffe/tea making equipemetn at room a nice plus. A particular?edgy? (definitely not boring) style that may not work for everyone. The personnel, when present, have been very helpful and kind.

  Disliked: The machine for automatic check-in and check-out did not work (despite us entering the correct reservation ID); we had to call a person to help us at the reception, which made the process quite a bit more time-consuming than expected. The architecture and division of the rooms leave some space for improvement (lacking personal space for separating the bathroom area). The table football facility has seen some use and could use a small fix-up.

  Comfortable, clean and quiet

  Liked: The location was great, the room was clean and quiet, and the beds comfortable. The staff were wonderful. Authentically welcoming.

  Disliked: Although the room design was attractive, the functionality of the space was overlooked. For example, the non enclosed shower with see through door would work in some circumstances but I was sharing the room with my daughter. But we got by. Not a huge deal.

  Great location, room for improvement

  Liked: Great location close to train station and city centre. Clean and modern facilities

  Disliked: No reception staff available most of the time. No hot water kettle available even when asked. Was expecting more for price paid.

  Liked: The location, price and the size of the rooms.

  Disliked: It was hard to sign in on the computer, there were not enough instructions. We had to go find a human being to complete the sign in..

  Liked: Location is perfect next to station. The hotel has a food bar where you can get snacks and water for a charge if needed. The food and restaurant looked nice and busy however we did not try the food so cannot comment. Self check in and check out was good! And staff were nice.

  Disliked: It was very dark. The corridors and the rooms are very dark with little 'normal' lighting during the evenings. There are purple LED strips but did expect to have the options to make it white light. Kind of feels you are in a cinema walking around.
