  Nice place with a reasonable price right in the Leiden city centre

  Liked: The place was small but had everything to expect. Small kitchen with all required utensils for light cooking. Coffee machine with some pods available. Bed was comfortable. Hot water all the time, shower working properly. The price was good and the location was excellent. Host was available via booking and iMessage. Keys were in the box right next to a door. Very easy access, clear instructions. It can get a bit chilly in autumn (no central heating was on) but the host has provided an electric heater for just in case.

  Disliked: Not a complaint, but as a typical old house it has a steep staircase so beware if you have difficulties in moving or climbing.

  Very pleasant stay

  Liked: Great location with a beautiful view from the window. The apartment is in a lively neighborhood, but it's very quiet at night. The bed is extremely comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay.

  Disliked: The only thing I missed was a dining table.There was a small coffee table, but even a small dining table would have been more convenient.

  Lovely apartment with a great view and welcoming hosts!

  Liked: It’s was a very comfortable unit with a lovely view and all the necessities. It was also very conveniently located. There’s a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner and lots of interesting shops not far away.

  Cozy, central apartment

  Liked: This room is in a great location, has a nice view over the canal, and is a perfect place for one or two travelers to put up their feet for a couple of days. I didn't use the little kitchen much, but it is probably adequate when you want to make something for dinner or breakfast. I just used the coffeemaker. There is a nice bakery nearby too.

  Disliked: The apartment is VERY hot in the summer. The windows face the sun in the afternoon, and even with the window shades down the apartment turns into an oven. The single Dyson fan did not move enough air on the highest setting and made a lot of noise. It was strange that the bed had so many thick winter blankets in late June. I didn't need any of them and ended up just throwing them on the floor. The stairs are very narrow, so be careful going up and down.
