  Practical, clean, friendly

  Disliked: No real issues. Not able to park in front, full, free parking a street further was okay.

  Liked: Location, staff, housekeeping and facilities were fine. Did not take breakfast as a little too expensive.

  Disliked: Bed was comfortable but mattress topper should be tied down as it had. a mind of its own and I ended up sliding off the bed onto the floor a couple of times before getting used to it. Also room was chilly last night.....I was shivering with the cold. I do not know if radiators can be turned on but the electric went off when I tried. Suggest a 'do not disturb' sign for the door and an information/ welcome pack for each room

  Amazing time

  Liked: Check-in and -out was amazing and housekeeping was great

  Disliked: No airconditioning so it was pretty hot/clammy at night. Windows helped allot but there was a lot of commotion early in the mornings

  Gorgeous

  Liked: Everything was wonderful! Staff was very polite and helpful. The place looks beautiful, magical and the mattresses are VERY comfortable to sleep. We are definitely coming back!

Please note that there is no elevator available. There are no rooms on the ground floor.
